LIVE TRAINING

20 minute Full Body High Intensity Interval Training

Up to 3 different workouts focusing on high intensity cardio while strengthening abs/core, legs, & chest and increasing flexibility and balance.

*Optional equipment can be integrated into a customized workout.

50 Minutes of Torture

An extended workout with more time focused on increasing cardiovascular endurance, core strength, and full body strength training.

Equipment required: just your body
Optional Equipment: dumbbells, machines, barbells, resistance bands, punching bag

50 Minute Home Gym Weight Training 

Have a home gym or some basic dumbbells or barbells lying around? A customized workout based on the equipment you have and which muscle groups you want to develop will be designed to maximize targeted muscle size and strength

Stop yourself from practicing mistakes! A trained eye on your practice sessions can have a ripple effect on how quickly you progress and how reliable your juggling becomes. Anyone from beginners to advanced jugglers can benefit from a World Champion Juggler who created the scoring criteria for the World Juggling Federation competitions watching their every move.
